I'm going to look up the interview now. "I've probably thrown away 3/4s of the notes, but I've kept the gestures, the shape, the textures, and the dynamics of the Vivaldi." So interesting!
Yes! And in the interview (dunno if you heard it yet) they play his version and the original Vivaldi layered. It's great.
